How Does It Work?

1. You have an upcoming birthday, wedding, baby shower, Christmas presents or whatever, right? Go to our Gifts Main Page and select the gifts you want to give.

2. Select the invitation design you like most and enter the details of the event, e.g. It's Charlie's Birthday, Let's Give Him a Scooter!

3. Invite those you'd like to participate in the group gift.

4. Write your own personalized message and send!

How Do I Know if My Event Qualifies?

Between now and January 31, 2010:

1. All eDivvy Fees (our 4% fee and $0.49 contribution fee) will be automatically waived (merchant fees and applicable taxes will still apply) for all group gift events created. However, for any event, the benefits of this promotion shall apply only for so long as the aggregate total contributions to that event are less than $10,000.00.

2. To qualify for the $25 VISA Gift Card, your qualifying event will need to raise at least $100 and be fully funded during the Entry period*. Once the event has closed, send us an email with the name of your event and your contact information - we will verify the event and send you your $25 VISA Gift Card. Check the status of contributions at eDivvy.com by logging in to your account. Please allow 3 weeks after you notify us to receive your reward.

*Event must be fully funded with at least $100 by January 31, 2010.

Official Rules and Regulations

Entry period: The "No FEES & Get a $25 gift card when you group gift at eDivvy.com" promotion begins at 8 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on November 6, 2009, and ends at 4:59 p.m. PT January 31, 2010 (the “Entry Period”).

Award: Organizers who organize a qualifying event (see below) and who meet the other terms and conditions of this promotion qualify for a $25 gift card.

How to enter: To enter this promotion, an organizer must organize an event at eDivvy’s Official website during the Entry Period.

How to qualify your event: For your event to qualify for an award, the qualifying event must raise at least $100 from at least 4 unique contributors. In addition, your event must be fully funded during the Entry Period and must be created with at least 4 unique invitees. We encourage you to inspire your invitees to contribute to your event.

How to claim your award: If you have organized a qualifying event (see above), please contact eDivvy at feedback@eDivvy.com with the name of your event. After eDivvy determines in its sole discretion that your event is a qualifying event and whether all other terms and conditions are satisfied, eDivvy will send a $25 gift card to you at the end of the promotion period. eDivvy assumes no responsibility for: lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdirected prizing, or correspondence. Award may not be substituted except by eDivvy, who reserves the right to deliver a substitute award of equal or greater value. All federal, state, and local taxes are your sole responsibility. Award will be delivered "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by eDivvy. Award cannot be substituted, or redeemed for cash, except by eDivvy in its sole discretion.

Proof of sending is not proof of receipt by eDivvy. If for any reason, in the opinion of the eDivvy, in its sole discretion, the promotion is not capable of running as originally planned, or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or the proper conduct of the promotion is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond its/their control, eDivvy reserves its/their right to cancel, terminate, modify, amend or suspend the promotion including canceling any method of entry. eDivvy reserves its right to modify the official rules and regulations of this promotion.
